2. Counter-Notification

3. Action Upon Receipt of Notice

If a counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days to prevent its reinstatement.

4. Repeat Infringers
BestMody.com reserves the right to terminate access to our site for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
